AIR DENSITY - The density of air or atmospheric density, denoted ρ (Greek: rho), is the mass per unit volume of Earth's atmosphere. Air density, like air pressure, decreases with increasing altitude
AIR DENSITY INDEX - A number ranging from 100 at sea level to zero at the highest mountain top, as defined by the Neeley scale.
MONEYBALL CONCEPTS - A methodology where smaller market teams compete by buying assets that are undervalued by other teams and selling ones that are overvalued by other teams.
MONEYLINE - Simply put, a moneyline tells you how much you have to wager in order to make a profit of $100. Explained in more detail with examples here.
PITCH MIX- The mix and frequency of the various pitch types that contributes to each pitcher's unique profile. Pitch type include 4 Seam Fastball, 2 Seam Fastball, Curve, Slider, Knuckleball.
NEELEY SCALE- The "Neeley Scale" represents a cross-section of the total atmosphere; that which extends only from the mountain tops to sea level where sports using a projectile are typically played.
