STATISTICAL ANALYSIS - We use only those standard stats that are not covered by one of the following categories. Historical win percents and tendencies are validated, as well.
MONEYBALL - Some of the concepts within the "Moneyball" repertoire that are not covered in standard stats are included.
BASEBALL VMI - We use VMI concepts and eliminate certain Standard Statistics and Moneyball stats which are covered within VMI.
TEAM PSYCHOLOGY - As stated in baseballvmi.com, once a team's physical limitations and advantages are accounted for by VMI, then psychological team performance issues rise to the forefront. VMI seems to be one of the only tracking devices which exposes these mental issues that motivate and plague teams.
STARTING PITCHERS - Bettors know the impact of the starting and/or opening pitcher. We use everything we can find in statistical analysis, moneyball, VMI, psychological impacts and the pitch-mix to anticipate the overall impact he and his bullpen, should exert on today's game.

Each of the above items are considered, weighted and totaled. The team's total TOUTINDEX's™ are compared and the team with the higher index is predicted to win.

We began this process of eliminating any dual analysis almost two decades ago. The perfect balance cannot under or over emphasize any factor. However, in 2005 we recognized that we were so close to getting it balanced, we simply could not table it without reaching our goal.
